The Class Space offers educators an opportunity to host their own class without the commitment and cost of a long term lease. Educators will have ownership of their own class with the ability to rent the space at an hourly rate per semester. All profits minus the hourly rate go to the educator.
The Class Space is located in the prominent neighborhood, Cobble Hill Brooklyn, on the corner of Smith and Douglass Street. Class Space is a street level store front with high pedestrian visibility. Advertisement will be included to help support the class and build a clientele. Your class will be featured in the store front window and each educator will have an individual page on the Class Space website that will describe their unique class. There is stroller parking for those who would like to offer children’s classes.
